I just built a small data center for my company last year. We installed two 3 phase liebert UPS's and connceted them to two PDU's in each rack that had 10 outlets per phase. Lots of power in each rack (though we didn't do 208 at the time, but I wish we would have)

Make sure that your rack accessories are made for the rack you buy. we installed Knurr racks (made by liebert), but the Liebert/Emerson PDU's did not have mounting brackets to fit the Knurr racks (was very disappointed in this from the vendor) We had to manufacture our own to make it fit in the spots in the rack where they were suppose to, but in the end it turned out looking nice, just took a couple extra days.
